The purpose pf this site is to assist interested renters to communicate directly with us.
We rent for long term, minimum stay with us is one month. Sometime will accept somewhat shorter reservations but we prefer long periods.
Please contact us directly to get to know each other and to set up terms. You can also communicate via one of the rental sites listed here if this is how you like to do it. House and rental rules on these apply also for this site.
Rates
Our rates vary subject to number of guests and length of stay. Our offer will be all inclusive (no surprise charges)
Currently advertized prices here are:
For a period shorter than one month the rate is $62-$85 per night pending season and length of stay. Short term rentals payment are due 14 days prior to arrival
Lowest rate of $1600 quoted on Sabbatical homes applies to renters longer than six month. First payment due in advance. Please contact us for details.
